1. Service Description

Our service provides AI-powered video generation capabilities for brands.

2. Pricing and Subscriptions

Our service operates on a subscription-based system. Subscriptions can be purchased through our platform, with pricing packages starting at $449/month and $3999/year. Lifetime licenses can be purchases as well. All payments are processed securely through Polar (https://polar.sh). The user receives a license key which they must keep to themselves.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. However, in appropriate situations, we may issue refunds. Once a refund has been placed, we will remove the user from the Discord server and revoke any license access. The subscription and service features may be subject to change with notice to users.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Content Rights

Users retain rights to the images they generate using our service. However, users must ensure they have the necessary rights to any content they upload or use in conjunction with our service.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
